Framework
This is a Wordpress 4.6 website. Seems good. You want to have a content management system that is updated.

Mobile-Friendly
While this website did not necessarily look old, it certainly is not mobile-friendly, according to
Google. Here's what Google said:

• Viewport not set 
• Text too small to read 
• Clickable elements too close together 
• Content wider than screen

That's everything that could be wrong with a mobile website. Link to test.

Other Issues
This website has a lot of content, which is good. Some of it should be in a News or Blog-type section so that the website seems more relevant, but there's a lot on the website. This is really a simple fix, honestly: just use a new Wordpress theme. We'd love you to hire us to do it for $100, but your website builder should be able to do this for free, and fast, since it should have been done three years ago.
